I’m so excited to be the owner and operator of the downtown Boise pick up and delivery only location. I joined the Kelsey family three years ago after a long career in the restaurant industry. I loved hearing Dale and Irene share the Papa Kelsey’s history with me and now I have the opportunity to share their love for this great brand.
